◆ About canceling before moving in (including period changes) (after payment) Cancellation from once payment is confirmed until 35 days before move-in date: Cancellation fee is only the contract fee. Cancellation 34 to 25 days before move-in date: Contract fee + 15% of the first month. Cancellation 24 to 14 days before move-in date: Contract fee + 35% of the first month. Cancellation 14 to 7 days before move-in date: Contract fee + 50% of the first month. Cancellation from 6 days before move-in date to the day of move-in: Contract fee + 100% of the first month (non-refundable) * Please note that in order to provide the same fair service to all prospective applicants, we strictly adhere to to the above cancelation policy with no exceptions. ◆ About cancellation after moving in According to article 6 of our lease agreements (Notice of Termination), even during the lease period, the tenant can provide written notice to the landlord to terminate the contract with a notice period of at least one month. The tenant also has the option to pay the equivalent of one month's rent to the landlord in lieu of notice and terminate the contract immediately for stays longer than one month. For stays of less than one month, no refunds are issued if the contract is terminated during the lease period.
